Travel & Custom Ceremony Pricing

Cacao Ceremonies are available in Jacksonville, FL and beyond! For ceremonies outside the Jacksonville area, the following travel costs apply:

• Flight — Billed at cost
• Per diem — $250/day

Travel fees may be reduced or waived when multiple private sessions are booked during the same visit.

Ceremony Duration

Session length varies based on the modalities included, though it typically lasts 3-4 hours. A ceremony with Sacred Fire Release or additional healing elements will naturally run longer than a foundational experience. We’ll discuss timing during your booking consultation so the experience is perfectly tailored to you.

Custom Add-Ons Available Upon Request

Want to deepen the experience? Additional modalities — including yoga, expanded energy work, and more — can be incorporated into your ceremony.

Larger gatherings and retreats availble upon request as well.

Leona Douglass is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Shamanic Healer. She is a certified cacao ceremony facilitator with over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness.

She specializes in Fascial Stretch Therapy, therapeutic bodywork, and energy healing to support mobility, pain relief, and nervous system regulation. She also leads transformational wellness retreats designed to help people reset, heal, and reconnect with their bodies.

There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged 50% of booked services for any cancellations that occur with less than 24 hour notice and 50% for No-Shows. View full policy.

Invoice Payment: Payment is due within 5 business days from the invoice date. A $25 late fee will be applied for every 5 business days past the due date until the balance is paid in full.
