Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Empowering Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make our refund and cancellation policy as straightforward as possible. Please read through the following information carefully.

Refund Policy

For Events and Workshops:

• There are no refunds for events. 

• If you are unable to attend, you may receive a credit equal to the value of your registration, which can be applied to future events of your choice, subject to availability.

• To request a credit, please contact us at leona@empoweringwellness.me before the event start date.

For Physical Products:

• Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not provided unless there is a documented allergic reaction.

• If an allergic reaction occurs, please contact us within 30 of purchase with a description of your symptoms and any supporting medical documentation.

• In the case of an allergic reaction, refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the product was found to be defective.

Cancellation Policy

For Services (In-person and virtual):

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid charges.

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% no-show charge.

• If you do not cancel and fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Exceptions

Refunds and cancellations may be granted at our discretion in extraordinary circumstances, such as: 

• Medical emergencies (proof required)

• Natural disasters or other uncontrollable events
