What is a Crystal Grid?
A crystal grid is an arrangement of crystals in a geometric pattern for the purpose of manifesting goals, intentions, or desires. The crystals are placed in a symmetrical design, such as a circle, spiral, rectangle, or hexagon. The specific crystals and colors are chosen to align with the goal or intention of the grid.
Some of the most common crystals used in crystal grids include:
- Clear Quartz – Clear quartz is a powerful amplifier of energy and intention. It magnifies the power of any other crystals used in a grid. Clear quartz is a good stone for any intention.
- Rose Quartz – Rose quartz attracts love, harmony, and positive relationships. It’s ideal for grids focused on love, friendship, and peace.
- Amethyst – Amethyst is a very high vibration stone that promotes healing, spiritual growth, wisdom, and intuition. It’s excellent for grids related to any of these intentions.
- Selenite – Like clear quartz, selenite amplifies energy and enhances the power of other crystals. It’s a great stone for clearing negative energy and promoting purity of intention.
- Turquoise – Turquoise attracts prosperity, success, protection, and harmony. It’s a good stone for abundance, manifestation, and healing grids.
- Citrine – Citrine is a stone of light, happiness, and abundance. It’s ideal for prosperity grids, manifestation grids, and promoting optimism.
- Tourmaline – Black tourmaline grounds and protects while green tourmaline attracts prosperity and abundance. It’s a very versatile stone for many types of grids.
- Blue Lace Agate – Blue lace agate inspires tranquility, patience, and calmness. It’s an ideal stone for stress relief grids, sleep grids, and grids focused on optimism and peace.
- Hematite – Hematite is a grounding and protecting stone. It strengthens personal power and will. Hematite is good for empowerment grids, manifestation grids, and healing grids.
- Fluorite – Fluorite cleanses and stabilizes energy. It’s an excellent stone for clearing negativity, increasing focus, and enhancing spiritual development and intuition. Fluorite works well in many types of crystal grids.
These are some of the most popular crystals used in crystal grids because they have a wide range of healing properties and their energies combine harmoniously with other stones. Mixing and matching different crystals in your grid can amplify the overall power and intention.
The power of the crystal grid comes from the combination of the energies of the individual crystals, as well as the shape and pattern of the overall grid. The geometric shape amplifies and focuses the energy. The grid continues to emanate energy as long as the crystals remain in the grid pattern. Many people will keep a grid set up for ongoing intentions like prosperity, health, or relationships. This allows the power of crystals to work for you on an ongoing basis. The grid continues to radiate the energy of your intention out into the universe, where it can manifest in your life according to the universal laws of attraction and correspondence.
With regular focus and visualization, a crystal grid can be a powerful tool for transformation and manifestation.

What’s the Significance of the Pink Moon?
It’s a Full Pink Moon tonight! Disappointingly, the Pink Moon is not actually the color pink. The Full Pink Moon, also known as the Sprouting Grass Moon, Egg Moon, and Fish Moon, is a special lunar event that occurs once a year. It’s traditionally celebrated in April, and it’s named after the pink wildflowers that bloom during this time of year. But what does this moon signify, and why is it so special?
- The Full Pink Moon is a sign of spring’s arrival. It’s a time when nature is awakening from its winter slumber, and new life is starting to bloom. The air is filled with the sweet fragrance of flowers, and the birds are singing their sweet melodies. It’s a time of renewal and rebirth, where everything is coming back to life after a long, dark winter.
- The Full Pink Moon is also significant for its energy. It’s believed to be a powerful time for manifestation and intention-setting. This is because the full moon’s energy is at its peak during this time, and it can help us connect with our inner selves and manifest our deepest desires. The energy of the Full Pink Moon can also help us let go of anything that no longer serves us, such as negative thoughts, emotions, or behaviors.
- In astrology, the Full Pink Moon is often associated with the sign of Aries, which is a sign of courage, independence, and action. This is a time to take bold steps towards your goals and dreams, and to have the courage to pursue what you truly desire. The Full Pink Moon is a reminder to take action and to step into your power.
So, how can you celebrate the Full Pink Moon? Here are a few ideas:
- Go outside and take a walk under the moonlight. Feel the energy of the Full Pink Moon and connect with nature.
- Meditate or journal. Take some time to reflect on what you want to manifest in the coming months, and what you want to let go of.
- Practice manifestation rituals. Light candles, burn incense, or use crystals to help you focus your energy and manifest your desires.
The Full Pink Moon is a special lunar event that signifies spring’s arrival, renewal, and manifestation. So take some time tonight to celebrate the Full Pink Moon, and let its energy guide you on your journey towards growth and transformation!

Cacao Ceremony: A Guide to this Heart-Opening Practice
A cacao ceremony is a shamanic spiritual ritual that has been practiced for thousands of years, aimed at promoting mindful reflection and connecting to one’s heart. It is a form of meditation and spiritual practice that involves the ceremonial use of raw cacao, with roots in the Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America where cacao was considered a sacred plant with powerful healing properties.
The cacao used in ceremonies is different from the processed chocolate we are used to eating. It is raw cacao, which is a pure form of chocolate that has not been roasted or processed with added sugars or fats. The raw cacao is typically mixed with water and sometimes other natural ingredients, such as spices or sweeteners, to create a drink that is consumed during the ceremony.
The purpose of a cacao ceremony is to connect with the energy of the cacao plant and to use its properties to facilitate a deeper connection with oneself and the world around us. The cacao is said to have heart-opening properties, which can help to release emotional blockages and facilitate a deeper connection to oneself and others. It is also said to have the ability to enhance focus, creativity, and clarity of thought.
During a cacao ceremony, participants will often sit in a circle and drink the cacao together. The ceremony is led by a facilitator who will guide participants through a series of meditations and rituals designed to help them connect with the energy of the cacao plant. Participants may be invited to set an intention for the ceremony and to focus on that intention throughout the practice.
Some cacao ceremonies may also involve chanting, singing, or dancing as a way to further connect with the energy of the cacao plant. The ceremony may last anywhere from a few hours to a full day or more, depending on the tradition and the intention of the ceremony.
Cacao ceremonies are often held in sacred spaces, such as a yoga studio or a natural setting, to further enhance the spiritual experience. They may also be held in conjunction with other practices, such as yoga, meditation, or breathwork.
Cacao ceremonies are a powerful tool for connecting with oneself and the world around us. They offer a unique opportunity to connect with the energy of the cacao plant and to experience its heart-opening and healing properties.

The Energy Vortexes of Sedona, Arizona
Sedona, Arizona is known for its beautiful red rock formations, but it is also famous for being an energy vortex. Many people believe that Sedona has a unique energy that can have a profound effect on the mind, body, and spirit. Let’s explore what an energy vortex is, why Sedona is considered one, and what this means for those who visit.
An energy vortex, also known as a power spot, is a place where the earth’s energy is believed to be more powerful and concentrated. These places are said to have a unique energy that can have a profound effect on those who visit. There are many energy vortexes around the world, but Sedona is considered one of the most powerful.
Sedona’s unique geology is one of the reasons why it is considered an energy vortex. The area is rich in iron oxide, which gives the red rocks their distinctive color. The iron oxide is also believed to have a unique magnetic field that can affect the body’s energy field. In addition, the area is home to several ley lines, which are believed to be channels of energy that crisscross the earth.
The energy vortexes in Sedona are said to have different properties, depending on their location. The four main vortexes are Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, Boynton Canyon, and Airport Mesa. Bell Rock is said to have a masculine energy that can help with focus and clarity, while Cathedral Rock is said to have a feminine energy that can help with emotional healing. Boynton Canyon is said to have a balanced energy that can help with both physical and emotional healing, while Airport Mesa is said to have an energy that can help with spiritual growth and insight.
Many people who visit Sedona report feeling a sense of peace and calmness. Others report feeling a surge of energy that can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. Some people also report physical sensations, such as tingling or warmth, in areas where the energy vortexes are located.
Those who visit Sedona are encouraged to be open to the experience and to spend time in quiet reflection. Many people recommend hiking in the red rocks, meditating, or participating in a spiritual practice, such as yoga or breathwork.
You can experience the power of this energy vortex by joining Leona Douglass, Shaman Healer, during an incredible healing retreat Earth Day weekend, April 20-23, 2023. During this retreat, we experience a hike and meditation journey in an energy vortex of the red rocks with a spiritual guide. Come join us for this once-in-a-lifetime spiritual experience!
